Apabila mesin fotocopy Anda error tentunya hal ini akan membuat Anda

- Masuk ke program service mode (*28*) bintang yang ada tulisan Additional Functions
- Tekan Copier
- Tekan Function
- Tekan Clear
- Tekan ERR
- Tekan Ok
- Matikan mesin fotocopy dari saklar di samping mesin, tunggu beberapa detik lalu hidupkan mesin kembali
